自动化机械设备设计研发人员的工作协调性

在对自动化机械设备进行加工制造时需要多个部门进行合作才能完成，只依靠一个部门是无法完成自动化机械设备的加工制造，更无法达到机械设备的质量要求[2]。因此，在进行自动化机械设备制造时，各个部门要加强工作协调能力，首先，设计工作人员在进行相关设计时，不但要对本部门的员工进行意见听取，更要和机械设备加工制造部门进行随时沟通，保证机械设备设计符合实际加工能力；并且，机械设备加工部门进行加工时更要与设计人员及时沟通，确保加工出的实际设备符合设计人员的设计意图。加强自动化机械设备各部门工作人员的沟通，进而高效率的完成机械设备的设计加工到最后检查，以此提高机械设备的质量和使用寿命。
